We collect only what we need to answer you, take an order or lease request, send an invoice, or run the site.

• Name, business or bowling-center name, email, phone, and the message you type in “Send a note” or any order-request form.
• Billing and shipping details you send by email, phone, or form when you ask for pins, parts, or a lease.
• Account details if you create a sign-in on this site, such as name, email, and password. Passwords are handled by our website host. We do not see your password.
• Invoice details you send us so we can resend a pay link, such as invoice number, business name, amount, and a callback number.

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and general location (such as city or region), through cookies and similar tools used by our website host.
• Cookie notice on this site: we use cookies to analyze website traffic and improve the site. If you accept cookies, that data is aggregated with other visitors’ data.

Paying an invoice is not done on this privacy page. Online invoice payments go through the payment link on the invoice email, which is processed by our accounting and payments provider (Intuit / QuickBooks). Card and bank details are entered on that provider’s page, not stored by us on apibowling.com. We receive payment status, amount, and the contact details needed to apply the payment.

Checks are mailed to American Products Inc., 165 Front Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860. Write the invoice number on the memo line.

The online shop, if enabled, is hosted with this website. Checkout payment details are handled by the shop’s payment processor. We receive order and shipping details needed to fulfill the order.

We use information to:

• Reply to questions and quote or lease requests.
• Prepare leases, invoices, and shipping paperwork.
• Apply payments and send receipts.
• Run, secure, and improve the website.
• Meet tax, accounting, and other legal duties.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

We share information only as needed:

• Our website host (GoDaddy), which stores the site, forms, accounts, and cookies.
• Google, for the reCAPTCHA check on the contact form. Google’s privacy policy applies to that check: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Our accounting and payments provider, for invoices and online payments.
• A shipping carrier, when we send an order.
• A professional we hire (for example bookkeeping or IT) who needs the information to do that work and must keep it confidential.
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or staff.

This site uses cookies to understand traffic and keep the site working (for example a cart or sign-in, if you use those). You can refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may limit sign-in, cart, or form features.

We keep customer, invoice, and lease records as long as the account is active and as long as tax and business records rules require. Contact-form messages are kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up. We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it, unless the law says to keep it.

We use a hosted website with ordinary commercial safeguards. No method of email or web transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers by email. Use the pay link on your invoice.

This site is for bowling centers and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, email APIBowling@gmail.com and we will delete it.

• Ask what contact details we have for you.
• Ask us to correct or delete contact details, unless we must keep them for invoices, taxes, or an open lease.
• Opt out of any marketing email. Transactional messages about an order, lease, or invoice will still be sent.

Our Facebook page and payment pages are run by those companies. Their privacy policies apply once you leave apibowling.com.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
